Adwords Not Serving Ads

Less than half my maximum spend being used.

Five days ago I increased the maximum spend on a campaign from $5 to $10 per day.

Since then only about $4.50 per day is being spent.

We have had a noticeable drop off in sales.

Anyone else experiencing something similar?

Maybe your keywords just are not searched that much.

If you're selling an adult product or service, or if there's any questionable adult material on your site, then AW could be 'slowing' your ads.

I've seen comments to support this on other forums:

I'm seeing a big decline in impressions and referrals from Adwords. Emailed them and they say it is because of the "sexual contents".

Are they really tightening up because of recent complaints of sexual contents on their search results? I read somewhere a certain school banned Google because of this.

Well it always recommends my spending should be round $1200, but no matter what I set it to it never spends more then around $30/day, and there is no slowing or warnings. It's always been this way.
