Excel up load into ad words?

We are developing an Ad Words Pay per click campaign with around 10,000 search teams. We have developed our own
software (excel) to download the results into, as well as review and change bids.

My question is does any one know if Ad Words has an excel interface to upload our changes into? We can download, but we can not find any system to send the information back with out doing the manual copy and past game on their web interface.

Or does any one know of a commercial application that does not charge a bundle. Thanks

Google Adwords reps use a spreadsheet interface to upload large client accounts. But I understand that you need to be a Google account managed customer for them to do it using their tools.
