- change the 30, 60, 90 day options to the same options as in normal accounts (all time, last month, etc etc)
- show figures for linked account in the summary screen of parent accounts
- ability to offer clients read only access to accounts
(What is MCC? [adwords.google.com...] )
The MCC has been a 'convenience' for a while now, but with the new invention of the 'professional status', this type of account is going to see a large increase of people using it, and it's time for it to have some central features for agencies.
MCC Requests:
1. Customizable Client Page:
Have the MCC client page display the features of an account page (i.e. custom date range, total clicks, ctr, $, CPC, conversion tracking).
2. Centralized report download center.
The ability to set up reports in each account, and then go to one download center to quickly access all reports run in the account.
3. Cross Client Reports
(OK - I know this is a tough one, but I'd like to see it).
On regular basis, I run 'disabled, disapproved, in trial, on hold' keyword reports to see what's happening across many clients. The ability to run this report just once to see which accounts even have these keywords would be nice. It could look just like the custom report now, with one additional column, account name.
These reports will take a while to run since they are accessing data from potentially hundreds of accounts, so if they are set up to autorun, then G's system can run them when it has time, and the Agency could view them when completed.
Alternatively, a star or some marker could be set next to the client name that means there is something about the account that needs attention. If anywhere in a client's account, there is the Something Needs Attention Box
then it could be viewed at the MCC level telling the account manager that this account needs quick attention. Color coding these based on billing, keyword status, campaign end date, or total campaign spend coming to a close would even be nicer.
4. At present, billing information can't be edited from the MCC login. Maybe if someone gets their 'professional logo', then this could be fixed without logging into each individual account.
There are a few occasions where a client doesn't want to give the rep access to their billing info, and one's account rep adds the account manually to the MCC at the client/agency request. This keeps the agency from changing billing info while still being able to manage the account. A checkbox next to the 'Remove this from the Agency login' in the account (unseeable from the MCC) of 'Don't share my billing info with the MCC' would solve this issue.
5. MCC Contact Info. If an account is linked to the MCC - then having contact info is useful.
As the main feedback thread on Adwords improvements has become just too big, I would like to see a thread dedicated to improvements to the MCC.
Brilliant, running scared!
Thanks very much for starting the thread, and let's hope it gets as active as the thread on billing started last week by Shak.
I would be really happy if all you MCC users and Google Advertising Professionals would take advantage of this thread, and create your wish list.
I'll forward a link to the entire thread on Thursday, as well as pull some verbatim quotes. A pretty good chance to put your ideas in front of the folks behind the product, all in all.
Thanks again, running scared - and to all who post as well, of course. ;)

- make tools available in the MCC so tools like the disapproved ads tool work across all accounts in MCC (and those MCCs linked beneath)
and some more
- make it possible to move campaigns into different accounts and move ad groups into different campaigns
- provide more explanation about what the Account Budget is for as haven't got an answer to [webmasterworld.com...] yet :)
- make the new MCC reporting facility work across linked MCCs
The Advertiser Feedback Report goes out later this evening - in about 4 hours or so - so there's still time for your suggestions/Comments.
A pretty good chance to be heard!

One of my Client Accounts is a MCC itself. On the main MCC page, I can't see the grand totals for that account.
I was hoping that the new Account Report would summarize that data for me. Is there something that I am missing?
I am anxiously monitoring my 90-days worth of clicks (having passed the exam) and an aggregated report with all accounts and sub-accounts would be helpful.
Thanks
Finally, I can run reports for linked accounts. This has always been an issue when a client needs multiple accounts linked together, but there's never been an online way to consolidate the data before.
I'd like to see the 'custom' report added - I don't see a quick way to access conversion stats through these reports or run a 'disabled keyword' report across all campaigns.
All in all, glad to see some cross reporting being started, and hopefully this functionality will continue to grow.

Argots, I'm not 100% certain on this, but will confirm and post again later. However, I'm almost certain that, for the present at least, you will not be able to receive aggregate reports for sub-MCC accounts.
As eWhisper mentions above, though, this functionality will certainly continue to grow. And I'll certainly continue to pass everyones feedback on to the appropriate team.
