Conversion tracking problems

Not showing "Stats by Google"

When setting up conversion tracking Google states:

"You should see the Google Site Stats text on your post-conversion page"

I don't see that, but conversions are tracking, is that still correct?

I think that you only see the text if you have clicked through on an ad (setting the cookie). So if you haven't got the cookie, you don't see the text.
