Are positive keywords in the future? That would be a great feature for me. For example, I want broad phrases such as (these aren't them of course):
California "item" grower
California "item" builder
California "item" constructer
For my particular searches, broad matches are what is needed since there are many ways to search for what I do. Broad matches are the only way that will work for me. As it is now, I would need to do the following:
California grape grower
California grape builder
California grape constructer
California orange grower
California orange builder
California orange constructer
California pizza grower
California pizza builder
California pizza constructer
and on and on and on.
You can see the space and time this would take if there were 20 items.
But, if there were positive keywords I could do the following in much less time and space:
California grower
California builder
California constructer
+grape
+orange
+pizza
+ avacado
+ peaches
+ whatever
Then, one of those words must be in the search.
This would save a LOT of time and space for me if it were implemented.

Jefsing, I'll certainly pass your feedback on to the right folks, later in the week. While I can't guarantee it'll be implemented (or if so, when), I can assure you that the right people will see it. ;)
As an aside, there is in ongoing thread for AdWords features that WebmasterWorld members would like to see implemented. I take a look at it each week, and always forward the new suggestions. (No need to add this one though, I've already got it.)
Here is that thread:
