Don't you have any impressions in your adwords panel? May be your campaing is paused or your ads under review.

Remember that the stats you're seeing in the Google interface lag behind real time. It's possible that you're only seeing $10 spent when there's actually been $100 spent.
The first thing to check is the Ad Diagnostic Tool (located under Tools in the Google interface).
