Bulk upload of creatives/dynamic keyword insertion

How to apply one set of creatives to multiple campaigns

I have a set of about 10 creatives I'm happy with. I'd like to apply them to several different campaigns without having to type them in by hand. Is this possible?

I'd like to try these creatives on a national campaign, and a regionally targeted campaign. Then one where "Spanish" is clicked in addition to just "English". Then I'd like to take the same set of creatives and apply it to some specific cities. For example:

Keywords:
used widget {Boston}
used widget {Cambridge}
widget prices {Boston}
widget prices {Cambridge}
widget price {Boston}
widget price {Cambridge}
widget cost {Boston}
widget cost {Cambridge}
widget store {Boston}
widget store {Cambridge}

Resulting ad:
We rent widgets in Boston
Why buy when you can rent
for just $4/day? Rent today!
www.WidgeRent.com
Again, without typing in 10 creatives into 6 ad groups. How can this be accomplished?

Bulk upload of a text file, containing keywords and creatives, would do it. But AFIK, I can only bulk upload keywords.

------------------------------------------------
And, as a side note, why does "dynamic keyword insertion" return no hits on AdWords support, and just 4 hits on all of google.com?

You could do it with the new API, but with just 60 creatives total, I would do it by hand. It shouldn't take more than an hour or so. Cut and paste.

If you have access to a rep, and that's where you're getting the keyword bulk upload spreadsheet from - then you should be able to upload creatives as well.

There's a spreadsheet that Google has where you can upload keywords, campaign negatives, creatives, etc -- pretty much everything except campaign & account options.

Nope, no rep. It may take "only an hour". But that's an hour each time I change creatives. And that's per city (e.g. "Boston", "Cambridge", "Somerville").

Is there any way to at least do the city name insertion on an automated basis? I'm lazy. We have three cities, but I don't want to cut & paste it in three times.
