Just begin to adervitise to use google adsense.

But spend more and more money.

Can get discounts if spend money over some threshold?

There isn't a volume discount, however, Google has a 'Smart Pricing' feature for content network ads:

Don't have any discoutns on large volumn? How about overture? Does overture have large nolumn discounts?

Are you absolutely sure that there are not volume discounts? I have seen some large merchants bid 5-6 times what I would call as the profitable rate. This is after assuming that they have the same CTR as mine, even though my ad copy is much better targetted and assuming a very generous margin on those products for them.
