Any customer support?

unable to speak to live customer support re billing problem

Hi all!

I am new here :)

I have been using Google AdWords for ages and for the last couple of months my CC has sometiems been declined - for a reason uknown to me, or my bank! I've check with the bank and everything seems to be in order.

I tried contacting Google customer support at the UK number and also the US number, but I was very disappointed to received a "no live customer support" available message.

We're located in Europe, with a Google-UK AdWords a/c. Is there ANY phone number I can call where someone will be actually able to help me?

Yes I did! After a whole automated response I got to talk to an operator (live person!) BUT they told me they cannot help me with any Ad-words related queries and I should just forward my query to a customer support email - they do not offer live customer support. I thought it was very disappointing from Google.
