Converstion Tracking in Adwords

Hi,

If one links directly to the merchant in adwords, is there anyway you can still track conversion to sale/lead in the Adwords account? If so, how would you go about doing it?

Any help would be much appreciated.

You would have to get the merchant to add your
conversion tracking code to the page his customers are
taken to after completing the order.

agreed, you would need something on the thank you page of your own.

Or, clickalyzer has a feature that allows tracking, yet it has odd url's. Just another option that is said to work.

This is a little bit off topic but has anyone noticed a decrease in sales to do this tracking with a tool like clickalyzer? I have it but I don't really use this feature because of it.

I was able to work with one of my main merchants to allow me to install my tracking codes on their site so that's one option but it's highly unlikely they'll agree.
