Trying to move overture keywords to adwords

I am pretty sure Google has a tool, but is there anyway I can upload thousands of keywords to google at once? It could be for one campaign, but I would like many adgroups. For example, if a campaign has 500 keywords, I would like one campaign and 500 ad groups. Does google have anything like this?

Google has an Excel sheet upload capability for Users with high adspend. In case your adspend is not all that high, you can try using the API that they introduced recently. More information is available at [google.com...]

If you have a rep, then ask them about the bulk upload tool.

If you don't - then you can call Google and see if they can help you out based on your needs. Sometimes it works, others it doesn't.
