I've been experimenting with AdWords for a little while now, and I'm refining my concept as I experiment with different things. Is there good solid advice on using AdWords that I might be able to apply, or does it vary too much between advertisers?

Right now I'm having great success with $0.05 across the board, and using only one ad which describes the general theme of my site. This really targets my vistors.

Doubt you will get much specific if people are having success but it is nice to see someone doing something that sounds similar to what I am doing. Keyword as title period. 5 cents across the board. Highly targeted text that says exactly what you are offering. Broad match mainly. Working well. Cheers, S

Steve,

Thanks for your response. As far as having the keyword as the title, have you thought about changing it to a static phrase that describes your site? I think that's good for weeding out the non-buyers. People who don't like what you are all about won't click and you won't pay. Are you a retailer?

Sounds similar to what I am doing. I have a campaign set up for one CJ affiliate. In that campaign I have about 13 ads. Each ad is specific to a certain line they carry. All keywords are 5 cents. I have always done well with this canpaign. Wish I had a few more like it.
