Is it me or have the Google Adwords contact us and support links been down. If anyone has an answer as to this please let me know. I've been trying to contact Google for about a week now and the links have been down.
Beejay34, I have not heard anything about the 'Contact Us' link being down - but I'll certainly check around.
When you say "the links have been down" what exactly have you experienced? Do you mean that you have not gotten a reply yet, or have you received some sort of error message? More detail here would be helpful.
BTW, I've just sent a test email from within my own account, and found that it arrived exactly where and when expected.
One thing that I'd advise when sending a message using the 'Contact Us' link, would be to make sure you've filled in all the requested fields before sending. Also, you may want to check the folders to which your email program sends suspected 'spam' emails. It is quite possible that AdWords support has written back, but that your email program has filtered it out of your inbox.
