Can a web site owner find out on what site was his AdWords ad 'clicked'?

Or in other word, how does a AdSense generated traffic look like your WebLog? Is it distinguishable from the 'natural' traffic from Google search engine?

Just check the referrer field from your logs. If it is coming from the Search Network, the URL of the site where your Ad was shown would be listed. For Content sites, the referrer is usually of the form

pagead2.googlesyndication.com/pagead/ads?client=yyyy&dt=11111&...url=http%3A%2F%2Fexample.com%2Fkeyword.html...

So you can extract the Site from the "url" field of the referrer.
