Surely 9% ctr is good enough?

Hi there.

I have been trying to get a campaign going for well over a week now. I had trouble getting a keyword past the Trademark specialists but eventually my add was allowed. It then stopped again after 3-4 hours. The diagnostic said it had been slowed. Now it had 9% ctr so I do not beleieve for a minute that it showed up below 0.5 on the Google network.. Google checked it and said it was Ok for them to show.. no other explanation was given. Then you guessed it.. the same thing happened.. Is anyone else having similar problems? The delays in getting this sorted are blowing my mind... One rep even said that my campaign was not on hold but it clearly was...

Kindest rgds to all..

Does that KW appear anywhere else in your account?

Is it in the same AdGroup where it was previously slowed?

Supposedly, the new auction system (multiple domains) doesn't affect slowed/in trial etc if they don't gather impressions - but it wouldn't surprise me if there is still a glitch in the system for these specific types of words.

Might want to write Google and ask specifically about that KW.

Thanks E-Whisper..

The Keyword does not exist anywhere else in my account.. And I have entered into about 6 emails in the past week already.. I am baffled by Google not sorting this out..

Something is not right.

Thanks for your input.
