Ads not displaying-no answer from Google

Ads not displaying on keyword searches for last four days.

I am a new AdWords user as of 1/4/05. For some reason my ads stopped appearing on Tuesday, 1/18/05 in the afternoon. When I check my account they show the keywords as being in a Normal status and the Campaign as Active? The AdWord Analyzer keeps saying my keywords are not in my campaign? And Google support has not responded to daily emails asking for answers.

The other question I have is last week one of my keywords was disabled because of low CTR of 1.0, yet when I search Google with that keyword I see an ad that has nothing at all to do with the subject of the search?

I get no response from Google by email and I have tried by telephone but get a message that they have no live support. In the meantime, my account is basically inactive.

Any suggestions?

I received a reply email from Google this a.m., I'm embarrased to admit that my problem was self-inflicted. Their message was my Text Ad was empty. Apparently when I was trying to delete some keywords I clicked on Delete Text Ad.

The text was replaced and it not working fine.
