What does this mean?
The AdWords system is experiencing technical difficulties.What can I do?
Our engineers have been notified of the problem and we are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
Occassionally I get an ad or an adgroup that generates zero impressions. I've checked all the obvious (including campaign budget) and can find nothing wrong.
Is it worth referring this to google or will I just get a stock answer?
Anyone got any other ideas?

"Some of your keywords were flagged by our system because they required review and approval before they could run. I apologise for any inconvenience. I have just reviewed and approved your keywords; your ads are now running on these keywords."
