Hi,

I'm an affiliate of eBay and my question is:
Will Adwords allow me to link to a page of my site that only promotes eBay and nothing else?
Will my ad show at the same time eBay's one does or will I be competing with it and belong to AdRank?

Cheers

Jeff

yes, you can link to any page on YOUR site without any worries.

Yes, my understanding is that you will be competing with eBay's ad and all the other eBay affiliate ads. But now you are not just competing for position. It's a life or death struggle now as if you lose you don't just get 2nd, or 3rd, or even 8th place - you get NOTHING! Gone, finished. Only one eBay.com ad per search. And so you have to build a landing page and display that URL and send your AdWords clicks to that destination page first.

At this moment, I beleive your ad will show at the same time with either eBay or one of its affiliates when the new policy changed.
