How to conform to these changes?

I have been running Adword campaigns for about 4 months and have had some success but I am not knowledgable about setting up landing pages/websites to promote my merchants.

Can anyone give me some insight as to what I need to do to have ny ADs meet the new changes Google has imposed?

How do I go about setting up landing pages and is there a step-by-step approach that you can recommend.

I would greatly appreciate your advice.

Well you'll need a domain and a hosting service, some rudimentary knowledge of HTML and ideally a package like Front Page, Dreamweaver, etc. to get going.
