- in spite of help text explaining how to do it, I still can't add an MCC acount into another one, have to email support to do that
- can't add clients into child MCC account when logged in at its mother
- MCC is buggy, when sorting on eg account names it jumps to one account
- MCC times out too fast, I simply want to keep it open all day
- please list all acounts unther their respective MCC's in master MCC in "jump to client"

This is a bug if you created your MCC from the professional program login (or switched your old MCC to the professional login).

The old MCC let you run the above without a problem. It's odd that these issues haven't been fixed yet as they have worked properly in the past.

While on the MCC topic, what is the max nr of campaigns you can manage in one MCC?

More MCC wishes:

- date range options identical to those on account level
- next / previous account
- show # of impressions and # of clicks per account (totalized for MCC"s)
- account budget: amount left rather than % spent
- consistent use of start/end dates (now only visible for pre pay?)
- total amount spent for MCCs in mother's account
- idem avg CTR also for MCCs
- consistent data between MCC and account (how come CTR and cost can be different anyway in same period?)

Happy New Year :)

HitProf,

'I still can't add an MCC acount into another one '

Why would you do that? Does it means that you have 2 MCC's?

If you have multiple analysts, each with their own MCC, but you want a master MCC that links everything together - this is why you'd use multiple MCCs at one time.

It can also be useful to break down clients in different MCCs when you start managing several hundred accounts at once - just logical organization.

I'll be certain to pass the 'wishlist' on tomorrow evening.

So, feel free to add other MCC comments/wishes. :)

Thanks people,

Now I do understand and we will grow so we need an extra MCC ;)

(HitProf; we need a forum like this in the Netherlands too)
