Any experience with AdWords account being disabled?

I have 2 Google AdWords accounts that belong to my partner (registered to one name). The second account was used in order to reactivate disabled keywords. I am not sure (but I think so), that the accounts were never used simultaneously to promote the same URL. This is probably all the info, that seems to be available.

At some point it became impossible to run ads under any of the accounts. You create a campaign, etc. - and nothing happens. No ads, no impressions, no clicks. No info from Google.

My partner emailed several emails to Google - no reply.

I've tried both "stupid" tests: running ads for the same URL under my own account (registered under a different name) - no problem; running an ad for a different URL under one of the partner's accounts - no luck.

Anyone khows what can possibly be the problem?

This sounds like an issue that'll have to be resolved with AdWords support - and I do know that you've tried. A couple of questions though:

* Are you writing from within the account, using the 'Contact Us' link? (Your best choice.)

* Or, are you using the adwords-support@google.com email address? (Other addresses will slow response time.)

* Have you checked to see whether email from AdWords is being filtered, and sent to the great unknown? This actually happens a fair amount, and is well worth checking. You might find your answers in the mailbox to which your email program sends spam.

Thanks for your response.

The ads are actually for a spam filter program that we are selling, and we are quite confident in it. :) It automatically whitelists any address that you send an email to, so there's no chance it goes to spam when a reply comes back (give it comes back from the same address).

But thanks for the advice on how to contact Google. We tried the adwords-support address.
