How does one classify the users of search engines i.e 25% chance google will buy something 10% chance overture buyers will buy?

Such as Overture clickers are less internet savy and happy with any immediate result they find - and therefore convert better (ROI).
On the other hand Google offers much better customisation of your ad in that you can choose: language and country and can fool around with variations of your keyword(s).
