Hi,
did anyone else noticed today this problem?

My On-Demand Reports worked (almost) well earlier. But it just does not work all the day today. I deleted cookies, cleaned cache several times, but still nothing.

If I click on RUN NOW for ANY of my Scheduled and On-Demand Reports (in the Download Center) it just reload the page and do nothing. Strange.
It never appeared earlier. I have been using these Scheduled and On-Demand Reports without any troubles until today.

I remember, not realy without any troubles, there was one small bug from the begening: I have choosen NO emails for all my reports (I run it manually, I
do not need it to be sent by e-mail), but there is written YES for sending an e-mail in the tab. So I have deleted the e-mail address and did not
care.

But this is a minor issue, the main problem is non working scheduled reports. Of course I can create the report again, but I just do not like to do thing twice.

Same issue here. None of my Saved report have run for the day and nor am I able to run them manually.

But if I create a new report it seems to be working. So I ended recreating many of my reports as it was critical to get them today.

I'll ping the tech folks, and see what I can learn. :)

Thanks AWA.

The support was very fast now, he wrote me that he checked it and it works OK. But I checked again and it did not.

Then I HAVE FOUND THE REASON (AND THE BUG):

If there is no e-mail given for "Notification emails will be sent to", then it does not work. I have written an e-mail there and it generates reports OK.

So, the big issue was solved, and only the small one remains - I just do not want recive these emails.

Cline: Do you have an e-mail written in the box which follows after the text "Update email addresses for reports (one address per line)"?

AWA, can you ask your developers what “Create another report like this” does?

I can tell you what it should do: allow us to edit a saved report to change some parameters, without forcing us to re-enter all parameters again any time we want to change a single parameter; instead it just rerun the same report that we can generate with “Run now”. Two ways to call the same thing does not help usability. If it really was intended to do the same thing (which I doubt about it) at least call it the same way!

"edit a saved report"

Yes, yes and yes.
I guess I am not alone who would vote for it.

dave741, no email. Simply on-demand reporting.

cline: Write an e-mail there, click Update button, click Run now and see a miracle :-)
