Pagead in Google?

What does this URL mean?

I have an AdWords account, and my tracking software tells me that some people are entering my site from a URL "pagead2.googlesyndication.com". But I can't following the link anywhere, and when I type it into my browser, I get a message "Nothing to see here!" Where are these surfers coming from? Any help in clearing up this mystery will be much appreciated!

BTW, I'm loving the AdWords account!

That's the result of your AdWords ads being displayed via AdSense.
