The minimum CPC you can get in adwords is NZD 9 cents which converts to USD$0.069. This is nearly 2 cents more than the minimum CPC for USD users. ($0.05)
Why arn't google lowering the minimum CPC? Why do I have to pay more for a minimum CPC? AND... can i sign up again to use the USD, i.e a new account with same details?
