Advanced fraud finding abilities say google

So I start adwords recently -- I know I’m new and I don't know too much. I decide to track clicks on my ads and see who these people really are..

Yesterday I have 6 clicks in total, all in a span of 20 minutes, from the same IP and the same session (i.e. they did not even close the browser they were using)

Yes I understand google only charged 3 of those click to my account. But really.. should even 2 or 1 be charged? Isn't it blatantly obvious that this person was click in the ads fraudulently?

Though they may have code in place to not charge ALL fraudulent clicks, if something like 6 clicks occur in a span of 20minutes from the same session and IP ... better action should really be taken to RANK the level of confidence in fraudulent clicking, and as such charge accordingly the ones account.

what if i did a search on G for widits
i did not look at natural serps just ads
your ad is #1 i look at it (1 click)
i then look at all others on page using my back button to get back to G
I find two other sites that i like as well as yours (#4 + #6)
i go back to G then click yours again to check price (click 2)
i do the same to ad #4 and #6
i find free shipping from site #6 so i go back to G and click your site again to see if you have same(click 3)
i have now determined the price and shipping price of all three compeditors
i like your site and site #6
I go back to G then to your site to see if you have a money back garuntee (click 4)
i then to the same to site #6
i deside that i like your site best and go back to G and click your sites ad one more time (click 5)

Yes i have used my back button over and over, and then clicked on ads over and over
My clicks to your site was 5 clicks
to all other sites combined 10

that is atotal of 15 clicks that G has made revenue from
for only one product sold (that is if in fact there was a purchase)

The best part of all is that G makes a lot of money
I guess that is why they are worth 30 billion

is it possibe to get 5 clicks that are not fraud

perhaps then, google should have a check to see if I am the only person advertising in for that key word (which I am) ... but I see your reasoning and it makes a lot of sense..

plus, your reasoning would totally destroy my message I posted a couple hours ago above.. assuming there are multiple ads showing

If G charged you for only three of those clicks then they are possibly discounting some perfectly valid comparative shopping clicks in the interest of keeping Adword advertisers happy. Perhaps their cut off point is a little over 5 minutes for clicks from the same IP. That would cover the typical fraudster.
