How long is it likely to be?
I've been trying to change the billing details on my account for the last 2 days, but keep getting the error message. "Technical problem,...Google engineers are aware of problem, blah blah" Is everyone else affected by this, or is it just the UK?

Fom2001uk, I am not aware of any issues of this nature, in the UK or in any other location. Right after I post this, I'll ping the techsters to double check - and post later if I learn anything different.
In the meantime, I am leaning towards a cache issue. I'd bet that if you clear your cache, (and perhaps your cookies too), re-boot, and log in from a 'fresh' login page (as opposed to a bookmarked page) you'll be back in business.
