Hi guys, my first post so please be gentle.

I am struggling to customise some of my google campaigns I input the longitude and latitude from multimap but even using a 60 mile radius I have had no traffic for over a week, has anyone else had problems with it.
I have emailed google several times but cannot get an answer.

Hi,

Yes, failed to get a London-based test campaign working with Long/Lat, and for which for very geeky reasons I have *very* accurate long/lat info! B^>

Didn't get anything, not a single impression, so switched to a "regional" campaign in AW and now get impressions, etc, so I think the lat/long thing is broken.

But, given what is involved in mapping IP addresses to lat/long I'm not surprised, ie a virtual ISP can easily provide access to users all over the UK for example.

Rgds

Thanks Damon, I have switched to regional and will see how I go.

Looks like the long lat is more suited to the US, thanx again.
