Very odd to me. I just noticed one of my keywords was "Disapproved". But,
when I go to google and search for the target term there are 3 other ads.
I wonder why mine was trashed, while 3 others are allowed to run?

This is a very specific 3 word term.

Just had a similar situation. I knew why they disapproved "some" of our terms...the main term could actually have two meanings but Google disapproved ours because the misspelled variation really gave the term new meaning. Unfortunately, not all searchers will spell our term right and our ad is very specific about what we offer and we were using terms that were specific and not using general terms. When we sent a definition of the term we were using to Google support and also let them know that we had used negative terms to weed out non-relevant traffic, they were very agreeable to turning our words back on.

Very hard to answer this, without specific detail, farside847. But if you do mean disapproved as opposed to disabled, it could be simply that the others have not been reviewed yet - and are still running in the same way your ad did, before being reviewed.

Or, there may be something about the combination of keyword/ad/site in your case, that makes a difference.

In any case, if you ever feel that a disapproval was made in error, please reply to that email and 'state your case' as justshelley suggests.

After all, it is to everyone's advantage to have your ads running, if they meet the appropriate guidelines. ;)

Farside, I've had keywords disapproved for reasons I didn't understand and in such cases emailed support to ask why + explain why they should be approved. So far all these request have been approved and those words are running fine now.

Similar scenario in the past for me too, farside847. Just state your case to AW and it will likely be resolved to your satisfaction.

Will do. Thanks guys.

This was the first time anything was dissaproved for me, out of thousands of ads... Just lucky I guess.
