Slow reviewing of ads

I'm very tired of the slow reviewing of ads. Over a week is common for my ads.

Many of my ads are in the premium position. That means that if I submit a new ad, the ad won't show in premium until reviewed. So I will lose valuable traffic and CTR will go down.

I submit most of my ads in Swedish. Does this mean that an English reviewer looks at my ad first and then passes it on to a Swedish reviewer? Maybe that can explain the lag.

Sometimes I mail to support (swedish) and ask them to review my ads, and then they do it immediately! But it's not a very rational way of doing it, don't you think?

Any tips, thoughts welcome!

This generally does the trick. I always request a review when we make changes and the response is always quick (in the Netherlands that is).

johannes, any on this Forum recommend creating an additional ad in the Ad Group, rather than a new ad. Then, when you see your new ad start rotating into the top positions (and/or appearing on partner sites), delete the 'old' ad.

Am I the only one with these problems? Can anyone give examples of the time you usually wait for ad reviews?

I have one ad right now that was submitted exactly 14 days ago, still unreviewed!

AWA, I always make an additional ad, but I still lose 50% of the impressions in premium position and partner sites.

Robsp, I guess I will have to do it that way, write to support whenever I make changes.
