Is adwords copyrighted, copyrightable? I am afraid others may copy my ads, since their CTR is doing very well. As long as google has some policy to shut down copycats, I will be happy. eBay has the policy that if you found somebody copied your text, you can request ebay to remove the item.

If you're text is original/unique - of course you can copyright it. But, I would personally have an Intellectual Property Attorney review the entire Adwords agreement/contract to ensure your protection isn't 'agreeably' voided/waived in some way.

Google does honor people who say they have rights to material, if you feel someone has copied your material that you feel you have copyright to then you can contact Google here: [google.com...]

Adwords also honors trademarks and will actively stop people from advertising under certain trademarks, others they will review on a case by case basis.

If you feel that you’ve created a slogan that’s so unique and valuable it’s always wise to officially trademark such things. The United States Patent and Trademark Office at [uspto.gov...] allows for quick online filling for trademarks and will help further protect your material.
