If you want to show ads in everywhere but like 5 countries, can you do a negative on those countries, instead of having to highlight every country but those 5?

I just add all and then remove the fives.

I've been doing that, but I was hoping there'd be a more elegant solution, since if Google can't determine the country, then no soup for me.
