After reading about the poor support from Googles AdWords team earlier, I like to give them some compliments that I feel that they deserve.

The last couple of weeks we have raised some questions to them regarding some of our campaigns that we are currently running. We have always received thorough answers within a reasonable timeframe to all our questions. This kind of customer service is excellent and it even exceeds the expectations that I had to their support team. :) :)

Have anyone experienced the same level of service?

Webmasterworld has a lot to answer for...

From conversations with both Advertisers and also Google staff, this seemed to be 1 of the most important issues that was contiously being raised.

Nothing worse than wanting to spend money, but the publisher is unwilling to support the service they provide.

Obviously Google realised that if you are nice to people, they spend more money, and tell others to spend more money.

vicious circle, shame some of the others forgot about this.

i can only speak for the german adwords-team:
they are really really helpful and i always get a response from them within the same day. super service!

I agree - they are a lot better now.

However, I would wait for some more time before complimenting them. Their real test will begin once Google AdWords system goes haywire (which generally happens once in a month without fail).
