The last couple of weeks we have raised some questions to them regarding some of our campaigns that we are currently running. We have always received thorough answers within a reasonable timeframe to all our questions. This kind of customer service is excellent and it even exceeds the expectations that I had to their support team. :) :)
Have anyone experienced the same level of service?
From conversations with both Advertisers and also Google staff, this seemed to be 1 of the most important issues that was contiously being raised.
Nothing worse than wanting to spend money, but the publisher is unwilling to support the service they provide.
Obviously Google realised that if you are nice to people, they spend more money, and tell others to spend more money.
vicious circle, shame some of the others forgot about this.
