faulty and misleading?

today i saw two new features with adWords:
" New! Improved ad visibility and account management.
Two new AdWords features are now available:
- Access the Ads Diagnostic Tool to see which of your ads aren't showing on Google and why.
- Visit our report center with its improved reliability and faster report access. "

ADS DIAGNOSTIC TOOL
1. checked to find it is not counting my ads that appear in the second page and grossly misleads me saying "Reason: Another ad in your account is showing for this keyword." and blah blah

2. the link - "Try Another Query" Doesn't Work (my computer problem? i dont know)

REPORT CENTER:
"Reports of all sizes are now faster and more reliable than ever. "
this makes me even more nervous - the reports we been using are less reliable so far?

is G beta testing or someone else here has the same problem?

I tried it today too. After I entered a term, it reported that an ad was slowed. Problem is that that ad is not even related to the term! seems a little buggy still.

is that term a broad term?
