Adwords ad not showing on AOL

My site is listed in the #1 spot in Adwords for several keywords. Yet, when I search on AOL, my listing does not appear in their "sponsored listings". I have not turned off syndication in my campaign settings. I sent Google an email asking why my ads aren't being picked up by AOL, but I have not received a reply. Any ideas?

I am having the same problem. I have found that even when you change something small on your ad, it gets taken down from syndication. We just recently changed a small portion of our url (to track incoming clicks better), and now a week later we are still not back on AOL. If you haven't changed anything, then it may be different. How long have you been using adwords? Have they ever been on AOL?

As you mention, firstly your ad must be in the top 3 on google adwords to show on AOL.

The rest of my post is partly speculation... I believe AOL has a few small differences in requirements for ads that google adwords may not. Whether AOL reviews each ad or not, however, I am uncertain. Perhaps they take longer to review ads? Or perhaps you violated one of their automatic checkers by the change without realizing it?

I have also had this happen with some of my ads. While most remain on AOL, some have disappeared. AOL must have turned them off for whatever reason... I will have to look into it further to find out for sure. In the meantime I suppose you could _try_ to email AOL, but response there is probably less likely.
