Adword trademark infringement

There are a number of companies using our trademark protected name with their adwords campaign.

I have faxed and emailed them through the advised channels over the past 3 months but It appears as though my plight is falling on deaf ears!

Anybody had any experience of this and actually got them to do anything?

Not sure of the 'advised channels' you used, but Google has a very specific way to approach them concerning the use of trademarks.

If you've done that and haven't had a response or seen a change in your trademark usage it might be time to have an attorney communicate with G on his or her letterhead.
