I have a campaign that's been going for about 6 weeks.
One of my KWs has a CTR of 4% over that time, is showing at 1.2 position (and I've checked that this is correct) and has a CPC of .80 cents.
Today its showing at 1.5 with an average CPC of .09 cents.
I suspect that this is because there's not much activity on either G, my product, or my KW
Am I correct in assuming this? If not what other explanation could there be? It seems strange that a KW on which I'm prepared to pay .80 cents is only costing me 9 cents in almost the top position.
Would I also be correct in thinking that the US election is having a negative impact on consumer spending? I know it does during elections in other countries.
