We are new to adwords for our business.
We have about 1000 keywords all painstakingly optimised over 3 campaigns.
My questions are
A do i need to create a campaign for each keyword? I have about eight ads runing in each campaign with lots of targetted keywords mostly at 10p
B Google recommends a daily budget of £60.00 how often does google reach the limit, as this is quite high, our actual daily buget is about £25 - £30.00.
C I am uk based but we despatch worlwide, is this bumping up the daily google budget?

No. You can probably do it in one campaign and multiple ad groups, each containing groups of keywords that share the same ads. 8 ads per ad group is going to make it harder for you to learn which ads are converting the best, given your low daily budget.

Depends on the traffic for those searches. £60.00 is not particularly high but it depends on the niche and demand for those terms.
