What is is this?

Hi,

At the bottom of the "Edit Billing Information"-page i can fill in a Promotional Code.

"To redeem a promotional code, enter it here:"

Does anyone know what this is and how to get it?

I remember getting one in email once but I don't remember any specific reason why.

I got one because I was an original AdWords user of pay per advert display, not pay per click. The customers on the original program had to pay the $5 set up charge to transfer to the new program and everything had to be re-entered, there was no automatic transfer facility.

Customers got a discount and their $5 dollar back that were original customers. I know I was annoyed having to pay $5 to set up an account with a company I already spent money with, but I was glad to get it back.
