I saw since some days google is showing at top sponsored results the same way natural results but at top. Is that part of google adowords?
How do you advertise to appear there instead at right top in the small ads?

My big chance to point you to one of eWhisper's patented link posts!

Here's a couple threads about the premium position:

The short answer: Yes, those ads are from the AdWords program - and the best way to get to the top is to work on creating especially relevant ads/keywords (i.e. having an especially good CTR).

A 6,5% CTR would be enough? Can't do it better than that still!

Any ideas of how to get one of those?

silverbytes, a 6.5% CTR, while really excellent, is not exceptionally high. (In fact, double digit CTRs are not at all uncommon.)

If you do a site search you'll see that this topic has been discussed dozens of times in the past. Perhaps some of those threads will give you the piece of insight you're looking for.

By the way, ads must also have been reviewed and approved in order to be sent to the top spots.

I do wish you the best of success in getting into the top spots!
