Saw Adwordfs ad for buying PR!?!

I just saw ad adsense text for a site that deals in selling PR links. The ad clearly states this. Wouldn't Google disallow this ad, since they are so against selling PR?

Or is it a case of, "if it's going to happen anyways, we might as well get our cut ;-)"

This has come up before, has been discussed at length and even had Google come into the thread to comment.

The summary is that they are NOT supposed to specify that they are selling PR.

Sorry to repeat it then if it's alread been discussed. I'm just suprised that the initials "PR" aren't automatically flagged by Google for a human review or something. Oh well.
