I dont think reseller is the correct term.

Google does and will partner with individuals/companies who can bring quality business to them,

If you are looking purely to resell, thats unlikely.

However if you are offering add on services, then you may have a chance.

the whole Google concept is based on end users being able to do everything themselves.
