I changed some key words, now my ad is not showing on googles content sites. How long before my ad shows on content searches again?

Depends. Everytime you change keywords they have to review them. It can take 1-3 days from what I have found. If you are in a market that has "flagged" keywords they won't run the ads until reviewed.

um.. Actually, changing the keywords won't affect content/search network syndication. But changing the ad copy will.

Yes - Your new ad will probably have a different CTR.
