"Some AdWords accounts are currently experiencing significant reporting delays. As a result, your account statistics do not reflect recent activity. We are working on this issue and apologize for the inconvenience."

Over 2 weeks to fix a problem? I've stopped all my ads until this gets fixed. This shouldn't take this long to get fixed, ridiculous.

It is ridiculous, however, the sales just keep coming in day and night. The end result for the $ is the bottom line.

We have convinced our clients [some of whom we give access to the stats] that if the Stanford Guru's can't get their stats fixed we should give them time to hire someone from dmoz to reprogram the whole thing.

A free 2 weeks of ads is in order I think!

Would be nice, but perhaps it's time to pinch yourself and wake up :)

I believe this problem has been ongoing for approaching 2 months, not 2 weeks (I've been reading posts about it dated December).

My stats are updating now (after 5 days with nothing) but I have found countless other discrepancies and glitches cropping up - deleted ads accruing hits for many days after deletion, daily budgets being exceeded by huge margins, estimates nonsensical, ads not appearing when they should, and more.

I agree, it's time this system was given an overhaul and an upgrade. It does have a large number of users to satisfy and I accept it's a new-ish system and will have glitches, but this stuff isn't rocket science.

I just posted a different problem in another post.

====
Yesterday (Sunday) I was tweaking several ad groups within a campaign. Upping and downing clickthrough rates, deleting and adding word versions, etc. The normal stuff.I have about 18 ad groups in one campaign so as to target specific words to ads, etc. The extra work is starting to payoff. Spending about $150-300 a day US.
In any event, out of no where, traffic just died, kapoot on everything mid day for all campaigns. Did or has this type of thing happened to anyone else? No notices from Adwords, Credit Card is good...etc...
=====

The reason I bring this up is I believe it is nto a delay problem with me since I track says "real time". All sales dropped at the same time....

"daily budgets being exceeded by huge margins.."

Then you got some free ads, since you don't get charged for going over your budget.

If overspend is not possible then it's a case of several days' clicks catching up on the stats. Either way I'm not impressed. If real-time reporting is not an option, as it seems, then a day-by-day stats history would go a long way towards compensating.

You forgot to mention the PR machine of Overture to spin doctor the whole thing as being system enhancements being done for our benefit.

I know without tracking tools I'd be climbing the wall and probably be suspending accounts all over the place.

Has anyone heard rumors of when this was going to be repaired. I've contacted google on a couple of occassions via email and they can only tell me that their engineers are working on it and could not give me an eta when the issue would be resolved.
