Opened up my adwords account tonight and noticed nothing had happened today. No clicks, no impressions, nothing. Spending around 2k a day on there. Ads aren't showing in any searches either.

Nothing looks out of the ordinary in the ads or campaign. Anyone have any idea whatsoever why these ads are not appearing? Google is closed for the night and I'm left getting killed because of it.

bears5122, really it is next to impossible to say what is going on without seeing the account itself.

My advice would be to write support from within your ASAP, to put your email in the queue to be answered as quickly as possible.

In the meantime, here are a few things to look for that come to mind immediately - although I know you did mention that "Nothing looks out of the ordinary in the ads or campaign.".

* Has the credit card been declined? (Look for a red-bordered box at the top of account pages.)

* Has the ad been disapproved? (Look for a message immediately under the ad, and an email in your inbox.)

* Has a pre-set "End Date" passed? Look for the word 'Ended' in the campaign status column of your stats.)

* Is your Max CPC higher than your Daily Budget? If so, your ads won't run.

Hope it turns out to be one of these, and you get up and running tonight.

Unfortunately I feel this is due to multiple account logins from the same IP address. It may have flagged something in the system. For those who work as an agency, this is very discouraging to have to deal with. Is there anyway of stopping this?

I am currently operating 4 accounts from the same IP with no problem. If there was a problem I am sure we would have seen agencies comment here.

I'm working with 8. It's the only reason I could think of.

The same thing has happened to me on a couple of occasions. I found that simply pausing all the campaigns, waiting about a minute, then activating them again worked fine. As for the cause..........no idea. I can only presume there was some sort of glitch on G's server that caused our campaigns to register as being paused even though they were not. That fact that pausing, then re-activating cured the problem makes this seem logical. I make it a habit to regularly check the ads and managed to catch it happening within an hour so there was no real harm done on either occasion.
Hopefully it is now working fine for you.
