Are there any tools that can run your Adwords campaigns better for you? Sticky Mail me if there are any specific product names.
Otherwise, just talk in generic terms about if you find such products useful.

lets keep away from "sticky me" requests please
the best tool I found was a PPC bid manager to take care of things, whilst letting me run my business.

When you say PPC Bid Manager, do you mean software or do you mean a company that does it for you?
Also, is there any way to have your Adwords titles/description changed automatically (perhaps rotated) so that you can test what brings the best clickthrough percentage?

I mean a "human" at a company who specialise in Adwords and other PPC, this is all they do 24/7 and have a lot more knowledge than I can ever have.

Am I correct in thinking these types of companies won't deal with you unless you spend £1,000 per month or so on PPC?

todays £1,000 spender is tomorrows £1,000,000 spender in my book ;)
I think it's more along the lines of "long term V short term" relationship.
