We apologize for the inconvenience, but we are unable to process your request at this time. Our engineers have been notified of this problem and will work to resolve it. Please note that using your browser's back button in AdWords can increase the likelihood of errors. If you think this was the cause of your error, please try again without using the back button.

I'm getting this error message trying to access the AdWords login page. That is, it never gets as far as even displaying the login form.

Anyone else seeing this?

Hi john_k, was just walking out the door, when I saw your post.

I understand that there was a very brief glitch this evening, now resolved.

I think you'll find that if you reboot your computer and try again, you will get in just fine.

Thanks for the info. I was able to get by without a reboot by closing each browser instance and clearing the temporary internet files.

Google login still down for me as well; it's been over 2 hours.

Not impressive: Not a place I'd invest my money.

You'd think they could at least put a webpage acknowledging their problem.

Overture is so far superior in every way if you ask me. Website reliability issues such as this only helps confirm it in my opinion.

I have found that this happens to me atleast once a day or so. What I do is simply return back to the same URL every time. Go back here and login and it should let you in:
[adwords.google.com...]

It works for me :)

Usually that does work; however last night's problem was much more serious and inconvenient.

Is it still not working for anyone?

It's not working for me. I created a new campaign and is says there is an error for it and I can't access it or anything.

I created a new campaign and it never saved. Now when I try to access anything is says I am not authorized to view the page. I try again and it sort of works and then I get the same error again.

Overall I can't do anything. How long is this supposed to last?

Adwords is SO messed up. I have 10 campaigns. Campaign #7 has a copy of the page header & footer with a notice that says:

We apologize for the inconvenience, but we are unable to process your request at this time. Our engineers have been notified of this problem and will work to resolve it. Please note that using your browser's back button in AdWords can increase the likelihood of errors. If you think this was the cause of your error, please try again without using the back button.

This is in the campaign table, in the Current Status column.

Also it only lists campaigns #1-#7, it doesn't show 8,9,or 10. What the heck?

Combine that with the errors I posted above. Nice service...

The Adwords system is just plain awful; nothing new though.
