Did make minor changes a few days ago to adgroups right across the board, so yes, a human review is to be expected.
How long does this take though, and why pull entire campaigns rather than an adgroup at a time? And, whilst we're at it, why no notification that ads are to be pulled, nor any indication as to when service will be resumed?
The two pulled campaigns are for one industry sector - very important to us as a business. At this moment in time however I have absolutely no adword presence at all! Damned annoying!
As we would say in disbelief in my local pub - "You're having a giraffe!"*
* Giraffe - cockney/mockney rhyming slang = laugh."

Usually the turnaround time is less than 48 hours, although, often a phone call can trim that time down quite a bit. The real problem occurs when campaigns get 'lost in the system', and aren't shown again for several days because someone forgot to look at them, or click the magic button to turn the account back on.
I always suggest at least starting a support email to document when your noticed your campaigns stopped showing so if you have to make the phone calls and so forth, you can point to existing documentation that you tried to resolve these issues quickly.
In just about any line of business if you were to pull the service or facility that you were offering without any notice (for whatever reason) nor explanation, you would feel that they fully justified in being a) annoyed, and b) frustrated.

Including weekends?
