Since that money comes from us (AdWords Advertisers) shouldn't we be getting some of that back? I mean if Google found someone clicking ads on their own site, whether it was an individual with a browser or a program that does it, shouldn't they refund our money when this is detected? Whether the advertiser feels they were wrongfully terminated or not isn't really relevant - for whatever reason Google determined that there were fraudulent clicks from this user and shut them off. Now I'd like my refund if any of those fraudulent clicks were on my ads.
Or has Google decided they're going to profit from fraud by collecting our money from known invalid clicks and keeping it?
I would think they would have to give you a refund by law, isn't that fraud?
Surely you would get some sort of refund each month-OK one month it might just be cents and the next it would be $ perhaps the next $$ etc.
However, with the number of publishers being kicked out and not being paid for two months of "earnings" I can't see why you only get a refund periodically and not regularly every time a publisher gets kicked.
there will always be invalid clicks, fraud, and other nefarious things online.
As long as your are making a large enough profit, then all is well.
