I am frustrated at this.

It is the second time we meet this kind of thing. Last time is February 2004.

We created several Google AdWords accounts and manage more than 200 campaignes for our customers. Yesterday, I found some of our ads are not running, and I sent several emails to Google to ask why. Today I found almost all ads within these AdWords Account are not running at all. Why? I don't know. We advertise on Google since May, 2003. The credit card is fine.

It is midnight in China and I just called Google and told him my customer ID, we are looking forward to resolve this problem in time.

Is there anyone met this kind of thing?

Do you mean not running as in "0 impressions"? I'm having a similar problem even though Adwords says my budget is OK. Could it be a reporting (delay) issue?

No. We can not find any of our ads in Google's search results, and the impression is "0" since yesterday.

In recent 30 hours, I find more and more ads those I manage are disappearing from Google's search results. But the keywords status are ok. I don't know why.

It is terrible.

While updating the payment method, I get the error message, "Credit Card Declined".

Oh, my GOD. I use this credit card since May, 2003. It always be fine. I don't know why Google declined my card.

Same problem here. Had impressions and ads showing up on Saturday and Sunday and for the past three days, nothing. Other ads for the same keywords by others ARE showing up, though. Nowhere near my budget (obviously, with zero impressions).

I setup a new campaign to see if that will work...

I found when I started a new Campaign (or maybe it was just a new AdGroup) recently, it started running immediately, and then once it reached a certain number of impressions (only about 250 or so in my case) it went offline until the ads were reviewed by AW. That took a couple of days, and then the ads took off again. It was confusing to me and I was slow in getting a response from AW for a couple of days. I guess they were overloaded with new ads to review from the holiday (July 4th weekend).

We called Google in these days.

This morning, we received an email from adwords-charge@google.com, they said the problem has been resolved and our account are ok now. But actually the situation become worse in the afternoon, more ads in difference accounts are disappearing from the search results. By now, there are about 25 AdWords accounts are paused by no reason, "0" impression, "0" clicks. This thing lasted 2 days. This terrible thing effected hundreds of our customers. If I can not resolve this problem in time, maybe I will lose my work.

Since it is 2:00 am (in China), but I am still calling Google. The Google customer service always say that they will contact with us by email...........

Waiting Email.

Weird. That's exactly where mine stopped (at 254 impressions).

Update: Now seeing ads for my keywords but zero impressions recorded in stats (I'm assuming that's since the ads just started showing up again and because reporting isn't in real time).

Same here re: credit card refusal. Checked with my bank and absolutely no referals made to their card services re the card. Do you multiple accounts? I have and I think that may be a reason. Have contacted google but nothing back as yet

Hey,

Same thing happened to me recently too... Credit Card was refused. Too bad it wasn't Google's error :), time to get more CC's.
